Hi! I’m Karen and I’ve been illustrating and taking photos since I was a kid. I was lucky to land a great illustration and animation job right after graduating from UC San Diego, and I’ve been working on fun, fabulous projects ever since. 

Today, I dedicate most of my time to using Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and my trusty camera, and tending to my non-profit turtle sanctuary. I’ve also made it a mission to broaden the scope of culture and gender representation in stock photography.

Answer: It’s a disease, I think. It comes pouring outta me no matter how much I try to focus on other things.
